About the Amber & Oak Candle
Amber & Oak is our most-loved fragrance — a warm, dry amber built on labdanum and tonka, with a base of cured oak and a top of bergamot. Poured in small batches in our Brooklyn studio using a soy-coconut wax blend and a cotton wick. The vessel is a turned oak block with a ceramic insert — when the candle is done, the vessel becomes a small planter or pencil cup.

Care
On first burn, allow the wax to pool to the edges (about 2 hours) to prevent tunneling. Trim the wick to 5 mm before each burn. Never burn for more than 4 hours.
